Gauge your current CX capability – people (adoption of a learning culture)

Education is the creation of capacity for productivity.

People cannot be productive above their level of learning.  The staff in the enterprise is behaving according to their learning.  Learning is the means to growing and growing is the path to productivity.

A pervasive transformation of the CX culture in the enterprise must be preceded by the adoption of a learning culture.  This implies continually churning out fresh and smart ways to achieve objectives and solve problems.

A learning culture does not only refer to setting up a learning centre and churning out fresh courses.  That is definitely a part of it but not all.  A learning culture means education is wired into the way of work. 

A learning culture includes:

  1. A core curriculum

  2. Adapted learning interventions

  3. Liberty to try new things without retribution

  4. Sponsored corporate play space
